Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, in original condition, with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Non-functional on delivery

  • Not delivered to the customer (subject to verification by Equi Garage)

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if any issues are found with the product.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@equigarage.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (refund posting may be delayed)

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information

If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@equigarage.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@equigarage.com to begin the process.
