Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Equi Garage, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email. Didn’t get one? Just reach out and we’ll send your digital receipt right away.

This confirmation means your order has been received and your payment authorized. We’ll begin processing it immediately. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll contact you promptly to ask if you’d like to wait or cancel for a full refund.

If your item is in stock, we’ll charge your card and prepare it for shipping right away.

 Shipping & Delivery

Most items ship within the lead time mentioned on the product page and arrive within 5–8 business days.

  • For high-demand or specialty items, backorders may apply — feel free to contact us for current availability.

  • Need your order fast? Reach out to us at sales@equigarage.com for expedited shipping rates.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info within 24 hours. If you don’t get tracking details within 4 business days, contact us so we can follow up.

Freight Deliveries:
Larger items shipping via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature at delivery. The shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works for you.

Shipping Area:

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


 Product Quality Guarantee

Please inspect all deliveries before signing. If you notice damage, refuse the package and note it on the delivery form.

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us right away at sales@equigarage.com with photos — we’ll resolve it quickly through an insurance claim, refund, or replacement at no extra cost to you.


 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

If the return is due to damage or an error on our part:

  • No restocking or shipping fees apply.

  • We’ll handle it — just contact us with photos and details.

If the return is due to customer remorse:

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (up to 15%).

  • Items with free shipping will have original shipping deducted from the refund.

Returns must include an RMA number. Contact us first to request one before sending anything back.

📸 Please document any damage during delivery — especially if shipped by freight — and notify the carrier right away.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is processed.

Note on Compliance

It is your responsibility to verify that the product complies with your local city, county, or state building codes. If inspections are required, please confirm what’s needed with your local authority before purchasing.
